Our WordPress maintenance service is built for UK businesses that want their site properly looked after — not handed to a helpdesk or managed at arm’s length by an agency.
Most businesses don’t need a full agency on retainer. They need someone who knows WordPress properly, keeps their site secure and up to date, and is actually there when something goes wrong. That’s what our care plans are for.
Every plan includes managed hosting on our own infrastructure — not a shared server farm, not a resold Cloudways account. Your site runs on hardware we own and manage, protected at the server level, monitored around the clock. You get your own uptime status page so you can see exactly what we see, any time.
The work is handled by experienced WordPress developers with over 20 years in the industry — not passed to a junior team or an offshore helpdesk. If something needs attention, you hear from the person actually fixing it.
Included with every plan
Our WordPress maintenance packages start from £50/month and include managed hosting on our own UK infrastructure as standard.
Brochure sites, professional services websites, local business sites, blogs.
Business websites, lead-generation sites, WooCommerce stores, membership sites.
High-traffic sites, WooCommerce stores with significant revenue, subscription or membership platforms, any site where an hour of downtime has a measurable cost.

Every care plan includes managed hosting on our own infrastructure. This isn’t a small detail.
Most WordPress maintenance services work on whatever hosting you already have — which means they’re dealing with shared servers they don’t control, environments they can’t fully diagnose, and problems they can’t always fix. When something goes wrong, there’s a conversation to be had about whose fault it is.
We manage the full stack. Your site runs on servers we operate, secured at the server level with CPGuard, managed through Enhance — a professional hosting control panel built for exactly this kind of environment. We know what’s running, we know what’s normal, and when something’s wrong we can actually fix it.
You also get your own uptime status page powered by Uptime Kuma. It shows your site’s uptime history in real time. You’re not relying on us to tell you everything’s fine — you can check yourself, any time.
A note on transferring from existing hosting.
If your site is currently hosted elsewhere, we include migration to our infrastructure as part of onboarding. We’ll handle the technical side. If you have a hosting contract that hasn’t expired, we’ll advise on the best timing.
Yes — all care plans include hosting on our own infrastructure, and that’s not optional. The reason is simple: we can only properly maintain and guarantee a site we have full control over. Working on someone else’s hosting environment means we’re limited in what we can diagnose, what we can fix, and what we can promise. Hosting is included in the monthly price, and we handle the migration.
If you’re mid-contract with another host, we’ll advise you on the most sensible approach — whether that’s migrating immediately and running down the contract, or timing the move to coincide with renewal. We’ve done this enough times to know how to handle it cleanly.
Support time covers any hands-on technical work: fixing something that’s broken, installing or configuring a plugin, debugging a WooCommerce issue, answering a technical question that requires investigation, minor code tweaks. It doesn’t cover content updates (changing text or images) or significant development work — those are quoted separately.
Any additional time beyond your plan’s allowance is billed at our standard hourly rate (£75 + VAT per hour). We’ll always flag this before going over — you won’t get a surprise invoice.
Yes, for one month. If you don’t use your hour in January, it carries into February. It doesn’t accumulate beyond that — this keeps things manageable for both of us.
WooCommerce support is included from the Managed plan upwards. This covers debugging WooCommerce issues, resolving order or payment problems, plugin conflicts affecting your store, and general WooCommerce technical queries. It doesn’t cover running your store for you — adding products, updating prices, managing orders.
If you’re on a care plan, we deal with it as a priority. Server-level protection via CPGuard significantly reduces the risk in the first place. If something does get through, malware removal and recovery is covered as part of your plan. If you’re not on a care plan and you’ve been hacked, take a look at our Site Recovery service.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the new plan starts immediately and we’ll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. If you want to cancel, give us a month’s notice before your next billing date and there’s nothing further to pay.
Yes — we have a number of white-label arrangements with design agencies and web studios who build sites but don’t want to handle ongoing hosting and maintenance. If you’re an agency looking for a reliable technical partner, get in touch →.
Essential: 2 business days for email support. Managed: 1 business day. Priority: same day during business hours, with direct phone/WhatsApp access for anything urgent.
No setup fees. The monthly plan price is all you pay. Migration to our hosting is included in onboarding.

Xinc Digital is led by Mark Benewith. With over 20 years building and maintaining WordPress sites — across hosting infrastructure, custom plugin development, WooCommerce, security, and performance — the technical work is handled by someone who’s seen it all.
When you’re on a care plan, you’re not dealing with a junior developer or an overseas helpdesk. You’re working directly with the person who knows your site, handles your updates, and responds when something needs attention.
For operational continuity, we work with a trusted group of developers we’ve collaborated with over the years — so there’s always cover if something requires additional capacity. Your site won’t be left unattended.
We’re straightforward about scope. Care plans cover technical work — updates, security, fixes, performance.
If you’re not certain which plan fits your site, get in touch. Send a brief description of your site, what it does, and what you’re currently dealing with — and I’ll give you a clear steer on which plan makes sense, or whether one of our other services is a better fit.
No sales process. Just a sensible conversation.
